Although the construction of older USM Haller furniture is not identical to today's, old and new can still be flexibly combined, converted and expanded. Components from the year it was founded in 1963 are still used today. In times when ecological ideas are given great importance, it's downright brilliant, isn't it? We have the right tools, because screwdrivers and Allen keys alone are not enough. You also have to know that unperforated shelves and panels are part of the older models. In this case, the three-part connecting screws (so-called connectors) consist of a screw and two clamps. This alone requires a special tool called a "wedge puller". Only then does a special Allen key become necessary. In newer models, the connectors are not in three parts, but are fused together to form one element.
